Lady is a super friendly girl that came all the way from Minnesota along with Wanda, Lightning, Fabio, Inca, Tater, Totter, Foz, Sugar, Newt, and Natalie. Her parents said to go slow with her, as she can be very shy, but she warmed up to us and her new home right away! She loves people and is always very happy. Her best friend is Newt, and they share a room. Lady loves to go outside, as long as it’s not too cold, and she is doing pretty well at treadmill training! 

 

In her sled dog days, Lady was part of a 10 dog team that did daily tours. The tours were five miles long and lasted about one hour. They occurred between one and three times per day. Lady was not a natural leader, but she was a great wheel dog!
