Walter came to us from Michigan along with Beech, Sissy, Siris, and Roxy. Him and his best friend, Willow, are two peas in a pod. They are both very large, and have black and white colorings resembling a cow! They are very unique looking sled dogs. Walter is very well behaved and is a pleasure to work with! He always goes outside with Willow, but sometimes they get new friends added into the mix!

Before coming to Cornell, Walter was a sprint dog. He and his team ran in the Open class and the Fur Rondy in teams of 6-10 dogs. He was a good leader for his group, and was actively running this past season before before joining Vaika's team
