Polly moved to Cornell all the way from Alaska along with Copper, Winnie, Typhoon, and Fatso. She adjusted quickly to her new home, and is very friendly! She is also a huge Cookie Monster - if she sees hands in pockets or hears something rustling, she is instantly on the hunt for the treats that she assumes are inevitably for her! With her big puppy dog eyes it’s hard to say no! 

 

Prior to coming to Cornell, Poly and her team ran glacier tours! These were one mile long and happened three times per day. The spring before she came to Cornell, Poly ran 40 mile runs. She was not a leader, but did well as a wheel dog, as long as she was around boys. She is an alpha female, and doesn’t like competition!
